Estrangement is a parent’s worst nightmare. There is intense emotional upheaval from the anger, shame, and guilt. Oftentimes, many feel as though they are the only one experiencing this loss. But the reality is that shame keeps estrangement a dirty secret. Now is the time for us to come together out of the darkness and into the light in order to help one another know that you are never alone!
